Privacy
Information from the contact form is used only to review the request, contact the applicant and follow up that same request. Do not enter sensitive medical information in the contact form. Access, retention period and processing for each service must be kept to the minimum necessary.
Smart skin and hair assessment
The smart assessment does not collect your name, phone number, email address, date of birth or any image. Only the codes of the selected options, the data-pack version and the derived result are stored, after the user confirms. The database record is valid for a maximum of 30 days, and the result's random identifier acts as a private link; the user can request immediate deletion from that same page. Where the database is not active, the result is kept only in that browser's storage.
Medical and AI boundary
The assessment output is an educational self-report and is not a diagnosis, prescription, dose or guarantee of treatment. In its current version the system does not review images, medical records, medications, examinations or tests. Risk flags are designed for referral, and in an emergency appropriate medical services must be used.
Terms of use
Product information is provided for familiarisation and comparison and is not a substitute for the diagnosis, prescription or advice of a physician or pharmacist. The final specifications, the label of that specific batch and the requirements of the destination market at the time of supply take precedence.
Placing orders and card-to-card payment
Orders can be placed only after signing in with a mobile number and a one-time code. Payment is currently accepted only as a deposit into Lilwana's account in the name of Dr Mohammad Hadi Nouri (دکتر محمدهادی نوری): a card-to-card transfer to card number 6063 7312 9764 3141 (Mehr Iran Qard al-Hasaneh Bank) or a bank transfer to sheba (IBAN) number IR14 0120 0100 0000 0635 1221 23. After depositing, the receipt image is submitted in the user account, and the Lilwana team reviews it within a maximum of 24 working hours and reports the result by SMS. The order becomes final and is prepared once the receipt is approved; the receipt image is kept only to reconcile the payment for that same order.
Injectable and clinical products
Orders for injectable and mesotherapy products are placed directly, but their use is permitted only by a physician or qualified professional and in accordance with the leaflet of that same batch. Lilwana does not provide injection training and does not endorse home use or self-injection. These products are not shown in the automatic recommendations of the skin and hair assessment.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
Shipping takes place after payment is approved, and the tracking code is announced in the user account and by SMS. Cancellation requests before shipping and the review of returns for defective or non-conforming goods are handled through support; due to storage requirements, opened injectable and hygiene products cannot be returned.
