Authenticity is the result of verification, not how the box looks.
Product identity, batch number, package condition, supply route and storage conditions must be assessed together. No security label on its own is enough to reach a conclusion.
Every product and every batch must be checked separately.

One sign is not enough for certainty.
Turn through three short pages; they are the basis of a responsible decision.
Appearance is only the starting point.
Clean printing, a hologram or a verification code can be useful, but none of them on its own proves a product is authentic.
Five steps; one clearer result.
Each step answers one specific question. Turn the slides to see the criterion for each check.

Exact product identity
Full name, product form, quantity or count and packaging version are checked against the official source for that product.

Confidence is built from several signs agreeing.
Each sign reveals part of the picture; a more reliable result forms when these signs confirm one another.
Appearance and seal
Useful for spotting damage or tampering, but on its own it does not prove the contents are authentic.
Product code and batch number
Links the product to a specific production run and must be consistent across packages.
Origin and related documents
The seller, the purchase document and the specifications of that same product must be traceable together.
Ask for these five photos of the same product.
A catalogue photo is not enough to check an order. The images must be clear, recent and of that same product and that same batch.

Full package view
One clear front-on photo; the name, form, quantity and count must be legible.
The generated images in this section are for education; a real check must use photos of that same product and that same batch.

A product must be both authentic and properly stored.
A reputable origin does not undo damage from heat, light, humidity or improper transport. The reference for each product is the instruction on the pack or the manufacturer's official statement.
If something does not match, stop using the product.
A difference may come from an official packaging change; but until you receive a reliable answer, the safe decision is to set the product aside.
Do not use it
Keep the package and its contents exactly as you received them.
Take clear photos
Record the seal, every side of the package, the dates and the place of purchase.
Send the identifier
Send the batch number and photos to an accountable seller.
Get a reliable answer
For a professional product, seek help from a qualified professional and the responsible authority.
Clear answers to real questions.
Short, direct and without any promise that cannot be proven.
Can a hologram or verification code make me completely sure?+
No. These are only one sign and must be checked together with the batch number, package condition and purchase route.
What exactly does the batch number show?+
It connects the product to a specific production run. It must match on the outer box and the inner container and be traceable through a reliable route.
The package looks different from the photo on the site; does that mean it is fake?+
Not necessarily; the official design may have changed. Until it is matched against a current manufacturer source, the product needs an inquiry.
How does Lilwana report the result of a check?+
The result is reported as “Consistent”, “Inquiry needed” or “Halted for review”, without ever using the phrase “100% guaranteed”.
Have a question about a specific product or batch?
Send the full product name, a clear photo of the package and the batch number. If the data is not enough, we will say plainly that further inquiry is needed.
